Alchemy Angel Hikari-chan Transmutator

Ladies and gentlemen, allow me to present to you all the one and only Hokkaido Heroic Transmutator of Justice (patent pending).
This thing right here is the tool for making the magic happen to Suzu, and by that I mean this alien doohickey allows the girl to transform into Alchemy Angel Hikari-chan. How, you may ask?
The answer is simple, by using what's essentially a miniverse generator, the Transmutator can help Suzu transform into her alter ego in less than a second (even though some people tend to slow it down for more stylistic reasons).
In the miniverse created by the Transmutator, time runs at roughly three hundred and sixty five times that of Earth's time, so basically it kinda functions like the Hyperbolic Time Chamber from Dragon Ball Z, only its singular purpose is to help some human transform into her alter ego.
Also, for further insurance during the time she takes to transform, the area that Suzu transforms in our world is surrounded by a pillar of light that generates enough heat that could presumably disintegrate her enemies the minute they try to interrupt the transformation process.
But where's the fun in the simplest (but effective) way to handle battling monsters, huh? I thought so.
For those of you who are skeptical at Suzu being the sole user of this device, let me introduce you to the anti-theft mechanisms Hokkaido placed inside the Transmutator.
First, there's the fingerprint scanners along the side of the device, these are meant to, you guessed it, scan the user's fingerprints.
If the person using it has the same fingerprints as Suzu, they will then be given three questions to answer to verify if it's really Suzu that wishes to use the Transmutator.
Imposters will be given an electric shock not unlike a police taser and an alarm will go off notifying the authorities.
Another security measure comes in the form of the emergency locator in case of unforseen circumstances that makes Suzu part ways with the device.
By using all manners of global positioning system satellites, finding the Transmutator is as easy as pie, or maybe not depending on how it was lost and the distance between it and Suzu (and the occasional hacks made to satellites and their mainframes).
In short, the Hokkaido Heroic Transmutator of Justice is the most vital instrument in Suzu Kamino's inventory in her quest to, you guessed it, save the world (or just Tokyo/Japan since that's more manageable).
